The ITV Palooza is a gathering of the brightest and most talented stars from the network to announce its new slate of shows.
At London’s Royal Festival Hall, Oti Mbuse, Ekin Su Culculoglu, Rochelle Humes and Laura Whitmore were there.
Last year’s event saw the unveiling of several programmes, including The Ipcress File, starring Joe Cole and Tom Hollander; Litvinenko starring David Tennant; and Nolly starring Helena Bonham Carter.
Kelly Williams and Simon Daglish also shared commercial opportunities with customers, including the free-to-air sport that would air in 2022, such as the Qatar World Cup, Rugby and Women’s Football World Cup.

Carolyn McCall, CEO of ITV, announced a variety of measures in response to COP26. This is part of ITV’s commitment to become a net zero carbon business by 2030.
These commitments include ensuring that all ITV programmes created and commissioned after 2021 would be certified as sustainable.
ITV Palooza takes place on the same day ITV rebranded its channels in advance of the launch next month of its streaming service ITVX.
The ITV1 flagship channel is also included in the new branding and idents. ITV1 will be returning to its old name ITV1 to give it a more equal broadcasting and streaming platform, and ITV1 and ITVX will remain ITV’s key viewing destinations.
Jane Stiller, chief market officer at ITV, stated that the launch of ITVX in Autumn is a chance to give ITV’s broadcast channels an updated and modern look.
“This is all driven by the future in which both streaming and broadcast will play equally important roles in how viewers interact with us.”

“We have an exciting autumn ahead of us, whether that’s I’m A Celebrity or The World Cup. ITVX will launch with more new content than any other place. It feels like the best time to refresh and update our branding across the breadth.
