Indeed, those famous words uttered by Paris Hilton have become the inspiration for Shui’s upcoming collection. Kim Shui, the fashion designer, debuted her Fall/Winter 2023 line this week. Kim Shui, the upcoming designer, showcased her Chinese roots in NYFW’s exclusive wardrobe premiere. Each piece is unique and sexy. Evidently, Shui’s mini skirts are 2023 next hottest trend.
